Learning from the Mistress
“Nature is the source of all true knowledge”. Leonardo da Vinci
“We still do not know one thousandth of one percent of what nature has revealed to us.” Albert Einstein
We walk on her without care. We extract from her endlessly. Cut her trees down.
Stuff her rivers and oceans with man-made stuff that never breaks down.
Put her creatures, including humans, into cages, behind walls.
And think we are superior to her.
She weeps.
She weeps for life, for beauty destroyed, for the cruelty that we humans show to her and each other. For our killing fields that we claim under some false mythology of righteousness.
She is enduring. We are not.
This is the truth that we refuse to confront.
Without us, she will thrive.
I, Christine, wonder, when will we humans learn to bow in humility to her knowledge and wisdom?
When will we refuse to do anything unless it is in full partnership with Nature? Deploying her laws, forged over millennia?
When will we return again and again to her University of Wisdom when we struggle with a problem, rather than think so arrogantly that we know better?
When will we be Nature in all things?
This is the intention of Syntropic World. Not separate. Nature embodied.
