Drop below your fear.

Stand in the silence of the flow that is your existence.

Sense the whole arc of your life, the future and the past, present with you in this moment.

Sense the many also present, holding you gently, silently, waiting for you to ask for their help and guidance.

Listen to the Truth that is uncontaminated by the noise of your fear.

Breath into that Truth. Have it fill your being. Have it seep into your bones. When you return to the place where fear lives hold that Truth in a strong quiet place even when doubt tugs for your undivided attention.
