Not choosing is choosing

Choice is our ultimate source of power.

The choice of how we respond to an action, event, or words spoken.

In every moment we have choice. No one, even those wielding forceful power, can remove our ability to choose how we respond. (Unless we have lost consciousness.)

To know this is to reclaim our power.

When we step back from a choice, this too is a choice.
