Out hyping
Is a race to the bottom. Making a bigger undeliverable promise – commonly known as a lie, to achieve some form of immediate success, has only one ending.
This is good to know. Kairos time and divine justice have a way of catching up with people.
A Teflon president, a lifelong grifter, cheat, liar, and rapist, might look, through this lens, like he will get away with it all. Again. And for those people who care about integrity, decency, and justice, it feels exhausting and grossly unfair.
The ego grows through ego, an up spiralling loop that is built on whispers. But it is fragile.
Just as the rise to the position of being on a pedestal has only one way out – down. This is the Principle of Gravity.
When our most used weapon is out hyping the competition, coupled with disguising our failures by projecting them onto others, the structure becomes unsustainable. Build on a foundation of so many lies that the truth is unmemorable.
Tick tock. Tick tock.
The extraordinary thing about divine justice, Kairos justice, is we never know when, or how, the Sword of Damocles will fall.
But fall it will.
The man about to sit the throne is a facsimile of rot. When the sword falls, the total wave of rot in the world, allowed to fester and grow over time, will emerge from the shroud of illusion and be seen for what it is.
The race to the bottom will be over, for this cycle. Until we humans, never remembering, begin the cycle again.
You and I, those who hold integrity, all human decency, truth, justice and respect as sacred ground, must never waver. We are the counterfoil to rot.
The irony is the two go together. Life and death, good and evil. Entangled.
