Pattern Interrupt
We all need a pattern interrupt to reset routine.
The pace of life, the flow, and the habits, all become better when tipped upside down regularly.
This gives us the space to shift our perspective. To let go of those elements that we might have become attached to that no longer serve.
We get to exhale.
These pattern interrupts do not need to be large. A few days is enough.
Taken regularly they fuel important work.
