Purpose driven enterprises must be the model they seek to create in the world

It is easy to preach about what others should do. It is easy to criticise what others do.

If we are creating an enterprise that has a purpose then to turn the mirror back on our own enterprise and examine every way in which we are or are not implementing the very purpose we stand for needs to be a priority.

So often we do not see our blind spots. 

Many times we do not live our purpose because it is hard, expensive, tricky.

Integrity all the way up and down. 

Be the model. Live the purpose. Be open to having others point to the blind spots and hypocrisies. 

Then raise our own game to a higher order. 

This is an element of what it means to be a Syntropic Enterprise.
