What is success?
You do not feel like you have it together.
“I feel ill-equipped and inadequate as a father.”
Techniques for making difficult decisions.
Any way that you can create community around bringing up a child is important.
I was brought up to be seen and not heard. His son is a full sovereign being.
Give his son the broadest spectrum of experiences.
What does it mean to be an engaged citizen? Our choices around consumption.
Incredibly important to be able to live with uncertainty, and not have your self being defined by your job, your status, your car or anything external.
What it means to be strong. Vulnerability with courage and dignity.
I am the solutions guy. The challenge is to sit in the space and go…”I do not have the solution.”

When my identity is attached to an outcome and I feel like I am failing in achieving the outcome, if I need to ask for help, I feel like a failure. Sometimes I am not strong enough to feel like I am a failure.
Sometimes the world feels like a battlefield.
Giving his son the space to express feelings.
Be the change. I have come to the conclusion that this is about all I can do. Solve for your own backyard.
Inviting people to come to work as whole humans.
It’s not about having a program, it’s about changing the values of the entire organisation.
The true meaning of sustainability. Not being a consumer.
Redefining success, keep pulling it back and simplifying it.
By 6:30 a.m. to 7 a.m., I might have already done many simple things that make my day successful; everything after this becomes a bonus.
Let’s talk about shame. (Plus guilt and anxiety)
What is forgiveness?
