Slowing down in order to speed up

Slowing down in order to speed up

Sometimes we need to slow down in order to speed up.

To have days where there is no set agenda, no schedule, no to-do list.

Float days.

Moving from one inspiration to another, as they arise.

Our nervous system gets a reset.

We stop striving.

We become.

And as we become, the field of creativity awakens.

This is how we birth genius.

Slowing down in order to speed up is most effective when we are under the most pressure and the act of stopping feels impossible.

That is how nature works. In paradox to our rational human mind. Keeping us humble in its unknowable dimensions.
