Small, great habits make a good life

Small, great habits make a good life

1. List the three most important things you want to bring into existence in the next 365 days.

Want to write a book?

Get fit and healthy?

Meet a partner?

Bring in more paid work?

Learn a new skill?

2. Break what you want down into the smallest daily action you can take to create it.

One small piece of writing, say 250-300 words.

15-30 minutes of movement or weights, every day.

One action that brings you so much joy, you light up your life, and those of the people around you, every day. (Be the person you love daily. The best way to meet someone who will love you.)

Reach out to one person every day about how you can serve and support them.

Spend every day learning for a minimum of 15 minutes.

3. Do the small action every day. Every day. (With rare exception.)

We think it is the big actions. The fell swoop. The bold, daring big action.

The framework for a beautiful, rich life is the very small, very healthy habits and actions we take every day.

Begin today.
