Start each day brilliantly
Winning the morning is the foundation of my pleasure and health.
Get enough sleep.
Wake alive and uncontaminated by too much food or alcohol the day and night before.
See the sunrise, preferably in a natural setting.
Get physical.
Eat a healthy breakfast. Enjoy an amazing coffee or tea.
Share this experience with those you love if you have this option.
By 8 AM most days I have woken naturally with the dawn and bird song, been witness to the sunrise, done at least 75 minutes of hard physical exercise, often involving water, written a blog, responded to most emails and eaten breakfast.
No matter what happens after 8 AM I have had a truly pleasurable start to my day.
No short-term pleasure and high is worth this glorious beginning.
