Structure ground identity
Real confidence comes from having a deep sense of groundedness. A certainty about structures, relationships and your own identity within them.
To know that you are loved. That you love someone as-is. That your love contains the trees, the stars, the dolphins. Earth.
To know that you have intrinsic value and worth, without doing anything. That there is a rightness to Universe that is beyond comprehension.
To trust in the larger, forever unknown pattern of patterns.
There is a shape to this knowing. An integrity.Â
If you pause long enough you know when it is there, and when it is not.
If you lose your way, pausing, breathing, sensing into the edges, the shape, the pattern, will reveal the next step.
Not separate, breathing together with the waves.
