"Heart Opening."

The idea of an audit fills me with dread! Or it used to. Factual, details, no room for error – I can feel my gut clench. But the Synergistic audit is the antithesis of that process.

It is warm and beautiful, thought provoking and vulnerable. A process of opening up to possibilities, desires, dreams and a way of linking our personal stories with those of others. Our lives are truly unfolding journeys. Sometimes we can get lost on the way – veering onto paths set by others, mired in old mindsets and assumptions. Caught in cultural norms.

The Synergistic audit process allows time for an inner journey back to your Source, your Mojo, your larger calling. Then to share this with others creates a level of connection that allows for emergent synergistic support to arise. Each of us plays a vital role, yet none of us can go it alone.

What is possible in collaboration, in synergy is what the planet needs now for us to create a Syntropic World.

As I reflect back on my personal journey in this space, I can feel my heart opening. And the fear in me held and supported by the knowledge that I am blessed to be immersed in the alchemy of this Syntropic Community. My needs and desires shared with others and all of them quietly working together towards transformation.

Process:

The process takes as many weeks as there are participants PLUS one or two weeks.
8 participants = 9 or 10 weeks.
Limited to 10 participants in any cohort.
Following registration, participants complete the Synergistic Audit and then nominate who will go first.
Each week we go through one persons’ audit over the course of one hour, with time for questions, contemplations and requests.
At the end of each session someone volunteers to do their own audit the following week.
Each session is recorded. This recording is private and only available to this Cohort. The recordings cannot be downloaded and will be deleted at the end of the program.
A unique Cohort Room will be created in Syntropia House where the group can share, ask questions and ask for support.
In the final week or two (depending on participant numbers) we consider how we can marry unmet needs with unused resources within this group to enable an increase in wellbeing. This is the creation and application of a complimentary currency.

Following this Class

In many instances the group continues in a self managed way ongoing.

The ongoing opportunity from here is to become part of the Syntropic Blue Community of practise – application to your own enterprise and/or learning to become Syntropic coach facilitators.

Is this for not-for-profit or for-profit or both?

This Class is designed for all enterprise types.

Can I bring my team?

Only if they have all taken the Syntropic Enterprise Masterclass

Do I have to have a business, or simply an idea for one?

You do not need either. This is about learning a powerful tool that can be deployed in any team, any community or family.

I cannot attend all of the Online classes. Are they recorded?

Yes, all of the online classes are via Zoom. Everyone enrolled will be sent the link to the recording after the class has been held for that week. However given this is a deeply personal shared team experience it is important that you make as many classes as possible, or at least watch the recordings.

Do you offer scholarships?

If the price is an issue for you please contact us. We use the Synergitic Accounting tool to be sure there is a mutually respectful exchange of value.
