Syntony
We know the word flow, and many spend time learning to approach a flow state.
A flow state is an individual state.
To be in Syntony is to be in flow collectively, to approach harmony between elements or people. A choir might sing in Syntony. A team might tap into the collective harmonic and work in Syntony.
A steward leader might tune into the larger ecology and work with all of the parts in Syntony.
Deliberate Syntony requires a letting go of our desire for certain processes, outcomes and timelines. We adapt to the harmonic and wave of the field.
People working together in Syntony create beauty that is synergistic…the outcome beyond our imagination.
