Where we are in service to all life.

And hold reverence for all life.

We are the leaders who steward life, enterprises, and ideas.  

Inner work is not the primary focus for the very best inner work happens in relationship. Nor is fixing the broken systems that dominate, exploit, extract and colonise. 

Change happens when we live, in all things – in our systems and structures, culture and relationships, actions, values and beliefs – the future we desire, now, today. Inner work is a group activity through our actions, mistakes, and service.

The work of our individual and collective emergence happens as we build the models today of the future we aspire to. Our individual and collective healing happens through our actions, as we serve and build.

The mistake that changemakers often make is holding the future out there. The more beautiful world we know is possible is this thing over there. This tool we are creating today will create a better future, over there. This is not to be Syntropic.

Syntropic is committed to building every level, every tool, every system, every relationship, every action, and all of our relationships as the future, today.

This means that the people who gather in a Syntropic Enterprise have the opportunity to become more whole and more evolved through being part of a Syntropic Enterprise. It is developmental by design. As is life.

If growing up, becoming more whole, healing trauma, meeting your shadow, learning to be better leaders and stewards, is not something you desire, then it is better for you to return to business as usual. 

When we are truly in service to all life, life asks of us to rise through our petty and broken, as we focus on the more beautiful world we know is possible.
