The beauty of constraints
We can be squeezed so tight that we cannot see possibility.
The juice sucked out of us like a prune. Desiccated and hopeless.
Or, we can find within the constraint the need to become creative. To think of what we have never thought before, forced by the constraint to examine all previous assumptions and ground rules.
Wild, and then in retrospect, obvious. Creativity is born from constraint.
Constraint and discipline are buddies.
A boundless world is anarchy. Lazy. Indulgent to the point of arrogance.
Freedom and liberty thrive with boundaries, and paradoxically, constraint.
