The joy of now
It seems that this is the point. To love the moment, even if the moment is hard.
I look back at my life and see that the more I practise the joy of now, no matter what, the happier I am.Â
Even when chaos ensues, there is beauty.
Even when it feels like the Universe is conspiring against me, there is a pattern.
Can I see that?Â
Am I able to find the precious in the pain?
I feel the cold wind on my cheek. The sky cloudless. The morning sun warming. The sound of laughter at my local cafe. The memory of my lover’s kiss when he said goodbye.
I feel such love for it all. This is the moment.
