Trade wars are class wars

Trade wars are class wars

One of the Syntropic Principles is Unity is Plural, at minimum two.

You need polarity for existence.

But capitalism hates competition. It seeks monopoly, and monopoly is a singularity, which, no matter who you are or how you try to make it work, will not endure.

The concentration of power and wealth in the hands of the very few elite is part of anti-competition not-capitalism and is another form of singularity. It cannot endure.

As the concentrated system begins to collapse – which is inevitable – those in the echelons of power double down on meanness and greed.

Scrap, extract, suck, drill, mine…every ounce of everything. Data, minerals, dignity, rights, speech, democracy. Children. Humanity. Starting with the black and brown, the immigrants, the poor. In the 1930’s it was the Jews, Gays and Gypsies.

Until it is a husk.

The trade wars do not seriously affect the elite, particularly when they can game the system with mates-insider trading. But they break – even further – the backs of everyone else. They make it easier for the broken system to be sold off for scrap, to the elite!

And the singularity advances.

The dehumanising process is reaching its zenith. When we barely look up when we hear about the latest bombing of tents or hospitals, we must acknowledge that the elite are winning.

The playbook goes back into every corner of history as a class and caste war disguised as something else.

A Little Atrocity of superiority is the seed of class and caste wars. This seed dwells in all of us.

When we think we are smarter and assign the other as stupid…

When we refuse to seek to understand…

When we make wild assumptions about why someone did something without dignifying them with questions to understand…

We are propagating the class and caste wars.

The battle at the top, in the hands of the care less elite, is enough.

On the ground, we must end the class war. This is our work.

It begins with checking our superiority – no matter the flavour. Education. Financial wealth. Body type. Beauty. Age. Intelligence. Gender.

I am as guilty of this as anyone.
