True leaders elevate all human lives
In this time of madness, when we have the rise of demagogues posturing as ‘leaders, ‘ it is worth pausing to reflect on what leadership really is.
No, it is not about someone leading people like blind sheep. Using the peoples fear, decades of being ignored and beaten down.. as the manipulative tool of coercion.
It is neither a title nor a position. “I am the CEO. I can do what I like.”
It’s not the person who builds the biggest thing. Or has the greatest followers on FBTWInsta. Or gets the company’s shares to their highest level.
It does not come through power over, authority over, status, money, or the privilege of birthright.
Real leaders elevate all human lives. That is their job. Period.
