Try a local adventure
Any routine can become a comfort rut. Hard to break.
It doesn’t take much to shake things up.
Drive a different way to work.
Try different food. Go to a different cafe or grocery store.
Why?
Because the world lives outside our comfort zone. And the more we relax into the safety of that zone, the harder it is to break out.
Becoming old of mind happens when we stop becoming adventurous. When the new intimidates.
Youth as a practise of being takes stepping out of the box. Learning a new skill. Being the novice.
Going to new places, new cultures, strange rules.
Showing up not knowing anything at all, eager to learn.
