Valuable Feedback
Is a generous act. It supports the best in the person you are giving feedback to.
Feedback that offers little opportunity to see limiting patterns or behaviours lives more in the category of criticism.
We do not see what we do not know. Feedback given with care and love towards our seeing and knowing allows us to make a choice that until we see, we did not have.
Feedback given in service to the other is a gift. If we are attached to the feedback being accepted and disappointed if it is not, that is about us.
Learning to give great feedback is a vital step in creating healthy ecosystems.
