What is my unique value?
Such a question that we struggle with over our lifetimes?
How is it that some skills and abilities are seen as superior in value? While others are discounted or not even heard?
Do we translate our value into a pay check? I am worth “this much per year?”
When did we ever decide that this was the determination – our ability to earn “this much per year?”
Until we create a space and place to surface the multiple layers of our own value, supported by others doing the same, we might never feel satisfied with what we have to contribute meaningfully.
