Wisdom isn’t individual. Wisdom is synergistic.
We all need those people in our lives who love us enough to point out our blind spots, to pull us up when we go rogue, to keep us in check when our ego takes the lead.
And to hold us without judgment when we break.
An enterprise needs the same, not a Board of Directors, rather a small group of people who will keep the steward leader to the Pattern Integrity of the enterprise.
We cannot see what we cannot see.
