Small changes, big potential results

We speak of the other. Other people. Other cultures. 

Imagine instead if we changed one word. 

*’The’ becomes ‘each.’

Each other.  Now instead of being separate from ‘the other,’ we are a part of other.

Each other’s culture, each other’s beliefs, each other’s similarities and differences.

We are all in this together, occupants of one spaceship earth. Just as there is no ‘there’ that we can throw away our excess – be that nuclear waste, old clothing, plastics – there is no other. What we do at home affects each of us, all 9 billion of us, in some way. Within me are atoms that have been within you. The surface structures, skin, hair, eyes….are the decorative elements. The interior, our character, our integrity or lack of, is either towards syntropy, life, more love, or away from it.

What will it take for us to live for each other? To know that anything less is writing humanity’s demise?
