Do we want the story to be one of beauty or destruction?

The ocean never sees itself. Neither does the tree, or the mountain.

Light is blind. It shines.

We humans are the sight, the witness to the oceans, the tree, the mountain. 

We get to bask in the reflected beauty. To tell the story. To be humbled. 

To share the beauty of our world with each other. 

As witnesses we become custodians. 

Do we want the story to be one of beauty or destruction?
