The human relational dynamic is the glue that keeps any enterprise functioning healthily.
How do we ensure agentic humans can work in community where synergy is enabled? In other words, we get to bring the best of ourselves towards a purpose we care about, and have synergy occur working with others. Where the net outcome is greater than any one person might ever be capable of.
The power of synergistic human potential is extraordinary, yet is so very often stepped over in our rush to create the thing, get success, conquer the world of business.
Taking the time to build the human relational dynamic at the start, then investing in it ongoing, is the human equivalent of building a cathedral.
