All-in or not at all

Half-hearted is not commitment.

There is nothing wrong with needing extra time to discern all-in commitment as the appropriate way of being.

But to do something half-heartedly is a waste of time, life and energy.

Choose. Clearly choose.

Then show up and give it your all.

Or sit this one out completely.

This applies to work, relationships, going for a walk, writing a blog, calling a friend.

Multi-tasking is half-hearted.
