The health of our bodies always depends upon choices other people are making for us

If we were to count the number of cells in our bodies there are more cells that are other than ours. We are like a giant passenger ship carrying many foreigners. 

The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat, all influenced by others from our current and past times.

The nutrients we were provided in utero make a difference. 

The fuel we feed our brain, mind and emotions counts. Including the fuel we are fed without permission from advertising. And now from being seduced by the most powerful propaganda machine ever created. An algorithm that knows us better than we know ourselves.

The illusion of body sovereignty is similar to the illusion of the solo hero. 

To live we depend on others.
