A bully needs a victim
We spend our time focused on vilifying the bully.
Perhaps we need to also invest our time working to support those who do not even know they are victims.
A victim can learn to no longer be a victim. First to realise that they are presenting themselves as victims. Secondly to give them the training needed to say no and back it with self-defence, plus education to be sure they do not put themselves into victim opportunities.
