Every choice.Â
Has a consequence.
Whether we like it or not.Â
To parent a child from Day One that this is true is to be a parent determined to raise a considerate child.Â
To build a team where the recognition of every choice as a team and as individuals within the team has a consequence that the team must take responsibility for is to build a moral team.
Our choices are moral acts. In current society those few who act morally are the exception.Â
Others who care less about responsibility and consequence, get away with this behaviour on our watch.Â
We can change this in both our actions and our response.
