Investment in health

Irreplaceable.

To feel alive and well. 

Strong. 

Flexible.

Agile of body and mind.

What joy in being well.

After a few days of being less than vital, the joy of better is significant.

Health has always been my number one priority. 

This is why. Sub-optimal health creates fewer options to respond healthily to everything life offers.

The world shuts down, even just a little, when our health is less.

Investment in health is paid back exponentially. On every measure investment in our health is the best investment to make before any other.
