What if your work loved you back?

Jan 20, 2025

What if your work loved you back?

What if your workplace really cared about you?

Treated you as a valued member of the team and not an expense item on a spreadsheet?

Made your work exciting – a thing you wanted to do?

At the same time, ensure you treat your colleagues with respect and vice versa.

Held you accountable to the promises you made?

Gave you the opportunity to learn and advance your career?

In a world seeking to replace most people with machines and bots, the skills of humans, the stuff of depth, complexity, creativity and nuance, are to be treasured.

When a workplace sees its people as an expense line item, it is likely that the same workplace sees everything as a commodity or utility, absent other forms of multi-layered value.

Once we cross this Rubicon, there is only darkness. All that it means to be human removed. Then, we might legitimately ask, what is the point?

What if your work loved you back? This is to be Syntropic. Life animating life for life.
