We need there to be messy

We need there to be messy

One of the Syntropic Principles is that Unity is Plural, at the minimum two. Polarity is required for existence. https://syntropic.world/to-be-in-integrity-we-must-have-polarity/

All consensus all of the time doesn’t work in a healthy system.

We need polarity, diversity, and different worldviews and opinions.

We need there to be messy. Chaotic.

Not all of the time, but regularly.

There is a difference between falling into a messy human heap, where collapse and disintegration happen, and people being messy and chaotic together.

In the latter, the commitment to being there is more important than the short-term, challenging, messy. No one leaves the conversation.

Through the field of chaos, the stranger attractor is. As messy rules, life exists.

Emergent. Creative. Synergistic.

To expect peace, harmony and no chaos in our organisational design, is to expect the wind to blow softly but never to blow so hard it uproots trees.

The storm is chaos. But the order is within it.

Collective human creativity is not calm nor linear.

It is gorgeous, glorious, messy, tangled, beautiful life.

We must find the beauty when collective human messy happens, knowing that we are in the birthing chambers of the emergent.
