We have a handful of years to align our economic, governance and value systems with Earth’s life support systems.

It is clear that business as usual is part of the problem. Delay is more dangerous than denial. We need leaders with the courage to make change, and do it now.

The Reframe

Most enterprises are designed as machines. Inputs, outputs, optimisation, control. The human beings inside them, and the living world they operate within, are treated as resources to be managed toward a predetermined result.

A machine can be efficient. It cannot be alive.

A Syntropic Enterprise is designed differently, from the ground up. It is a living system, with an Evolutionary Purpose that draws out the best of everyone inside it, a Trust Manifesto that makes the architecture of trust explicit rather than assumed, and a richer ledger by which to measure what is actually being created: the vitality of people, the quality of relationships, and the state of the world touched.

This is not an upgrade to the existing model. It is a different design.

Evolutionary Purpose – uncovering the deep why that animates the enterprise. Not the mission statement written for a pitch deck. The genuine answer to: what are we actually here to do, and for whom?

Trust Manifesto – making the invisible architecture of your enterprise explicit. The agreements, the values, the non-negotiables: written, shared, and lived. The structure that allows trust to be built rather than assumed.

Team & Organisational Design – designing the roles, relationships, and rhythms that allow everyone to bring their full capacity to the work. Not a hierarchy of control, but a structure of stewardship.

Synergistic Accounting – introducing a richer ledger. Alongside your financial measures: the vitality of your people, the quality of your relationships, the state of the world your enterprise touches. The full account of what you are actually building.

This work cannot be done using the same thinking and values that have created a world on fire. We invite participants on the Awakenings Journey to explore a wider story of the human family, our relationship with Earth, and the roads that have led us to such a deep crisis, a story that many of us do not encounter even within, or sometimes because of, the most prestigious traditional education.

This is bespoke work. It begins with understanding your enterprise as it actually is, not as the org chart describes it. From there, we work together to design the structures, the agreements, and the practices that make a genuinely different enterprise possible.

Some engagements focus on a single team. Some span the whole organisation. All begin with the same question: what are you actually trying to build, and what needs to be true for that to be possible that leaves everything better?

Our programmes can stand alone and be offered in different durations and formats, in person or online. They generate an understanding of the interconnectedness of our world, the systemic nature of the metacrisis and equip participants with applied tools to build regenerative Syntropic organisations/systems as well as to nurture self-development as a changemaker and a practice of self-care. When taken as a whole, the effect is exponential.

Cindy is a thought leader and acclaimed author with over 25 years in systems change. In 2023, she won the Change Champion Award alongside David Attenborough and Malala Yusufzai. Former MD of Blue Marine Foundation and CEO of Cambridge Science Centre, she holds an MSc in Sustainability and is currently writing a book on colonisation and climate change.

Christine is a visionary pioneer and Founder/Chief Steward of Syntropic World, operating in 33 countries. Former Global Board member and Vice President of the International Coach Federation, she was the first Southern Hemisphere Master Certified Coach. With 20+ years facilitating major corporations like ANZ and NAB, Christine specializes in human relational design and creating synergistic systems.
