Who loses from this?

How do I know it is absolutely true? 

Is there any part of my body being that doubts?

When did this happen? Who was there? 

What perspective am I missing?

Will it still be true tomorrow or in a few years?

How much power over me does the person telling me it is true have?

I know it is not true, yet I am acting like it is because I win in this particular way. Name the way you win.
