In its overwhelm beauty completely humbles
Too much.
Sometimes beauty overwhelms us and we simply do not have the capacity to allow it all in.
Other times we are caught in the trap of fear that circles around and around, grinding us down with its exhaustive consumption.
In its overwhelm, beauty completely humbles.
In its seeming absence, finding beauty is the antidote to the heartache of worthlessness.
Beauty is never far. It can be found in observing an ant. Or the swirl of dirt in a breeze.
In finding beauty we are released from the cripple of fear.
In being exposed to too much beauty, we become the earth, the humus, the soil – a direct route to remembering our smallness/greatness in the pattern of life.
