Time to think
To stop. To read a novel, watch a movie. Walk a trail or the beach. Sit. Plant a garden.
To put aside the to-do list.
Breath. Feel your whole body. Walk barefoot.
Linger long over coffee and watch the world go by.
To journal, ask those difficult questions and write the answers as if you knew them. Because perhaps you do.
To breathe deeply.
To make a meal, with love and ease.
Never underestimate or dismiss the essential importance of these activities and non-activities.
They are the soft breeze, the clean air, the inspirit ground of creativity.
To pause, to craft time to think, is an affirmation of our right place in Universe.
