An ode to curiosity
To be curious.
To inquire. Seek. Ask questions. Look to see differently.
Such a remarkable value, one innate in most young children, yet squashed callously.
To be curious and open-minded, to ask questions, to challenge assumptions, laws, the rules – these are not the attributes of good little children.
Don’t ask questions. Follow the rules. Behave. We are taught.
Compliance is required so that order can be maintained and power can stay powerful.
Curiosity is a necessary ingredient for revolution.
We must ask, poke, seek, search, challenge, provoke.
About everything.
For the moment we do not, we are lost to the machine, just as is wanted of us.
Cultivate curiosity. Challenge every assumption. Poke your beliefs.
