Being good at disagreement

When everyone agrees all of the time we should note this as a red flag to stagnation and ultimate collapse.

We need a positive and negative charge to create space and shape. Polarity is essential for existence.

Disagreement is healthy. Another perspective different to ours has the capacity to expand our own thinking and perspective.

This is the vein of gold found in diversity.

Disagreement does not need to be combative. 

Creating cultures where it is safe to speak against the prevailing thinking is to create a healthy culture.

Training people to be able to hold the tension without collapsing into petty arguments, bullying, political games or shaming is critical to innovation and emergence.
