How do I identify other people’s true value

We live in a world of fast judgment. Superficial bite-size assessments. The psychometric test.

But we humans run deep. So often our lives have been structured to hide the magnificent. To obscure the nuance.

Same same is desired by the workforce. Do not rock the boat. Stay in the middle.

Yet the edges are where veins of gold hide. Often even from ourselves.

In the constraints of change, when pressure is applied, and the need is great, brilliance might emerge. 

To know this in others is to invite the whole from the beginning. To see and be seen in our fullness is so rare, yet so freeing.
