Once in one thousand years
The stars will align. Tomorrow morning Australian Eastern time, Jupiter and Venus will appear as one light.Â
Saturn, Mars, Venus and Jupiter will also appear in alignment.
Once in a thousand years! The time scale of the heavens is humbling to contemplate. To look at the night sky is to see light born millions of years ago and only now reaching our eyes.Â
It makes me and my woes seem so irrelevant.
Perspective is such a powerful tool. When we are lost down the rabbit hole of our own stagnant thinking, to step back and contemplate the clock of the heavens is to hold a scale that restores significance and meaning appropriately.Â
