Have you ever purchased a service and not received what you wanted? 

Are you a service provider and want to be sure you leverage the greatest asset possible—clients and customers who love you and your work and will tell the world? 

As a service provider, I consider the relationship with my clients.

The best service I can provide is to exceed the needs and expectations of the client. 

To do this, I need to know, even better than they, what they are seeking.

Otherwise it is a crap shoot. 

This means that we take the time before the relationship commences to understand the contours of the exchange. Thoroughly. And to do this in multiple domains, because often what we are really seeking is not found in the hard data set, but in the warm data of the emotional, spiritual and wellbeing domains. Or across many domains.

At the same time, it is crucial for me not to give myself and my work away, for when I do that, I assist in maintaining exploitation as a tool of capital. This serves only those who profit from exploitation.

The Synergistic Accounting tool provides the platform and prompts to ensure the relational exchange is clear before commencement. Because it is a living record, it continues to provide a reference to the nature of the relationship as the relationship evolves. 

It keeps the quality of the relationship alive and primary. It keeps the honesty of the service at the forefront. It ensures we do not slip backwards in either service or expectations.

Whether it is a client-based relationship or building an outstanding team, keeping the quality of the relationship as a primary focus is critical. 

Nothing happens without relationship. Quality relationships and the field they create are superpowers, for within them lies synergy, when the collective produces exponential outcomes beyond the ability of any one or two people.
