Two quotes from Buckminster Fuller that inspire Syntropic World

Nature is a totally efficient, self-regenerating system. If we discover the laws that govern this system and live synergistically within them sustainability will follow and humankind will be a success.

Applying the laws of nature to enterprise design (any human endeavour) and human coordination is the foundational impulse behind Syntropic World.

We are not going to be able to operate our Spaceship Earth successfully nor for much longer unless we see it as a whole spaceship and our fate as common. It has to be everybody or nobody.

If we do not BEGIN with the question of creating increased well-being for Earth and ALL her creatures, then what is the point? All her creatures include the animals, even the scary ones, and all people, all colours, sizes, ethnicities, religions.

Inherent in both of these core principles that form the backbone of Syntropic World is the principle of Synergy. We must start with the biggest perspective available, or as Bucky would say, start with Universe first. To think we can solve any one of the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals as atomised units is as naive as the ‘fresh-out-of-school’ peacemaker going to ‘rescue’ people in areas that have been at the mercy of exploitation, colonisation and extraction for decades/centuries. (This does not deny that people right now need support – food, medicine, education, safety, care and being treated with dignity. Feeding people now is not the same as solving the problem forever. Syntropic World is focused on solving the problems forever.)

The ability to clearly understand the whole as the first step is critical. Then we must find a way to coordinate humans to respond.

These are the foundational pieces of the Syntropic Enterprise Masterclass. Enrolment for the next two classes is now open.
