Upside down thinking

What is the level of thinking that says it is OK to treat humans as cogs in a machine to profit self?

How do we not consider the infinite wasted potential of bringing people into a gorgeously cultivated ecosystem and encouraging synergistic minds to create a more beautiful world that elevates us all? Rather, we reduce the human mind to numbed-out experiences that we call work.

What is the hubris that says we must extract maximum effort in minimum time from people and Earth towards some short-term gain that eventually costs everyone?

Where did we forget to account for, revere, celebrate and honour….daily…beauty…love…care…in all things?
