Do we trust air?

Do we trust air?

The people in Melbourne, Australia, this week learned what it is like to no longer trust air. The people in many cities worldwide have known this experience for most of their life.

To breathe and know that each breath is poison.

The foundations of existence… our water, our air, our soil….is suffering.

At our hands.

It matters not what you call it. We humans have much to be accountable for. We are clearly leaving our Earth in a much worse state than we inherited it. Is there anyone who would deny this point? If so, take a breath in Beijing.

Other foundations of our existence, things we have assumed to be the operating system of human enterprise, are, like the air, failing us.

What will it take for us to not just wake up to this but to know the urgency of action required?

To know that how we are treating Earth, air, water, soil…is a direct result of our current enterprise operating system.

For a world with a future, we might go to the root of the root, the Source of the Source.

Or…we can continue to tinker as we gasp for breath.
