Lead by example
It really is that simple.
Lead by example.
If you want your people to do the right thing, do the right thing.
If you are expecting people to sacrifice for the community, sacrifice for the community.
If you want people to take responsibility, take responsibility.
Before you criticize, be sure you are not being hypocritical.
If you make a demand of others be sure to apply it to yourself.
Leadership itself is the privilege. Expecting other privileges to come with it isn’t leadership, it is arrogance and superiority.
