Keeping the conversation alive
Human evolution moves slowly towards greater syntropy – leaving everything better.
To keep moving in this direction we must keep the conversation alive. We must remain open. We must continue to learn.
Anything that is closed, denying any learning, shutting down the conversation, takes us back towards entropy.
To refuse to converse, to refuse dialogue, is to agree to the darker forces that pull us towards stagnation and entropy.
We do not have to agree. Indeed to agree all of the time is another form of stagnation. We need to hold the space for disagreement and conflict as well as agreement and consensus. Between these two poles we spiral towards a better future.
