Can we scale a caring culture

Can we scale a caring culture

I wonder about this. Syntropic World has an incredibly caring community. Yet to achieve our purpose, we must grow.

Fortunately, our growth means things will be better for our Home Planet. Our growth is determined by how many Syntropic Enterprises are active globally, with design principles of Syntropy leaving everything better.

Can we scale a caring culture?

If I apply the Syntropic Principles to answer this question, this is how we might do it.

Care is part of the Pattern Integrity of Syntropic World. It is an element of its essence. Therefore people who will lead the culture will have caring in their DNA.

When considering the Law of Multiplication by Division, teams and communities larger than 12 people need to multiply by dividing. 12 is about the right number to enable intimacy and connection. Each team of team needs to have Stewardship where care and integrity are primary.

To ensure intimacy between teams and groups, we must ensure collective threads are woven and maintained, and communication flows, transparency and access are easy and open.

Nature has the extraordinary capacity to interweave complexity, making our human-constructed internet look archaic.

We might learn how Nature does this.
