This might not be for you

Difference and brilliance are also novelty. 

Appealing to everyone asks us to be everyone. 

Being reduced to the mean is to say yes to conformity.

I celebrate those who stand for their differences. This might not be for you, and I am OK with that. 

When we start an enterprise at the edge, staying at the edge is a commitment. Culture wants us to move to the norm.

We have a choice, rather than criticise someone or an enterprise for being different, we might celebrate it.

I am speaking specifically about people and enterprises who act with integrity, morals and ethics.

If your desire is to be liked, or accepted, or you want your enterprise to become a unicorn of scale, then know that the edge is not a place for you.
