6 key’s to Create a Syntropic Enterprise

Great leaders are evident because of the extraordinary team they have built.

A Syntropic Steward leader has two main areas of responsibility.

A.) To never allow the values, qualities and essence of your enterprise to be violated. We call this your Pattern Integrity. No matter what. But for you to never allow this to happen, you have to know what they are.

What is non-negotiable? The uncrossable red line? If someone came and offered you riches, fame and rewards beyond your wildest dreams, would you violate your Pattern Integrity? If you would, then it is not an element of your Pattern Integrity.

For a Syntropic Steward leader, integrity is the essence of everything.

B.) To create the ecology and conditions for the team to be brilliant, synergistic, self-reliant, developmental, and responsible. 

This is why we call it stewardship. You need to hold the space for your team to be their best. And then better. While you also offer your best and become better. Always learning, evolving, developing, gaining in wisdom, kindness and respect. 

2. Challenge every system, every design feature, and every structure – to weed out any incentives that result in exploitation, colonisation, extraction to extinction, injustice, and present and future externalities. If how your enterprise exists, what you do, and how you do it, do not embody the very changes you desire to see in the world, then you are demonstrating, often without conscious intent, the very thing your enterprise is intent on changing.

4. Relationship is everything. No relationship equals non-existence.

Right relationship happens because we commit to right relationship, we create a way of being in relationship – The Syntropic Trust Manifesto – and then we give the quality of the relationship our primary attention.

5. Our Source of knowledge, skill and experience is diverse. We commit to listening to the voices of the people at effect of the problem our enterprise seeks to solve. We ensure we learn from all genders, many cultures, many age ranges and many levels of experience. We do this because we know the brilliance of diversity to create synergy – the greatest exponential technology available to humanity. We also know that the same un-diverse thinking will not solve the problem that that un-diverse thinking created.

6. Money is given one seat at a table of six. The voting and equity rights are evenly distributed between all seats. Money can never have primacy over other multi-domains of value and exchange.

When we do this, the world of abundance opens. When we begin to see value in the places we forgot, our world becomes richer and we become freer.
